I talk a bit about the crazymaking time that is spring.
All we can do is learn how to deal with the anxiety, the uncertainty, the seasonal sways.
The yoga mat has caught some tears.
Meditation has been replaced with relaxation.
I make it a point to sit in the sun, even when I have shit to do.
Especially when I have shit to do.
I listen to music that moves me. Physically and emotionally.
This is the music of emerging.
