  • Walk side by side with you as you explore what will work for you, and let go of what’s not working.
  • Ceate a safe place free from judgement, while honoring your journey
  • Offer gentle but firm accountability

I won’t fix you. You aren’t broken.

Pretend that I know it all. “I don’t know” is a vulnerable place, but it’s useful.

Judge you. This is a judgement free zone.

Half-ass it. You’re trusting me to be on your side…so I’m going to do that.

Those who aren’t willing to take a good look at oneself. It can be hard to do. Be willing to dive deep.

Those who won’t do the work. The REAL work takes place in real life.

Those who expect me to fix them. You’re the changemaker. I’m the helper.
