You know, sometimes you gotta help yourself.  Self Care starts with you, because if you don’t take care of YOU, its harder to take care of everyone else.

I’m taking my own advice.

I’ve been sharing Yoga in a few ways over the past 3 years.  I’ve taught Beginners Yoga, Drop-in classes, workshops and personal 1on1 classes.

I’ve had so many people ask about 1on1 sessions and workshops, but I haven’t had the time to help them.

And when you don’t have time for something that you want to do, the only solution is to make time.

So, things are changing a little bit.

On December 19th, drop-in Yoga classes are ending.

It’s been such an honor and privilege to work with drop-in students.  You inspire me with your curiosity, your courage, and your laughter.

This healing and heart-centered Yoga is so helpful, so important, and it’s begging to be shared on a more personal level. This is powerful work that ISN’T hard on your body.  It helps you uncover your best self.  And who doesn’t want more of that?

I know I do.

So, here’s what’s next.

After January 30th, I’m moving my studio into my home. So I won’t be at Heartland Chiropractic any more.

It’s been an amazing 6 years.  The Doctors and staff are so lovely and supportive, and the patients and clients are incredible humans.

Sometimes, you gotta follow your soul, even if your head says ‘no’. (or ‘I’m scared.’ or ‘what if…’)

And my heart and soul is in therapeutic Yoga.  Yoga on a personal level.  Keeping it real, authentic, and useful in the now.

I’m still teaching.  Just a little differently.  1on1 sessions, small groups, business wellness, and workshops.

Either in my home studio, or at your home. Or your office! Or anywhere!

for example: there’s a Develop Your Intuition workshop on the horizon.

I’ll be more available to talk, to plan, and to create a practice that is personalized, specific, and still gentle, honoring your needs.

If you have a biz that you know would benefit from learning stress mgt, I’m your girl.  I bring practicality and sense of humor to your workshop, as well as specific techniques to help productivity and employee wellness.  Shoot me an email.

If you have a group of people that are interested in Yoga, I will bring it to you! Call it a Yoga speakeasy.  The secret password is “namaste”. shhhhh….

And if its the 1on1 session that has you intrigued, maybe it’s time to explore that.  Send me an email, and we will get a free consult set up for you.

Change is good, but transition sucks sometimes.  Please contact me if you have any questions, or just need to talk it out.  I’m right here. I’m ready.
